ಫಾಲ್ಗುಣ ಶುದ್ಧ ನವಮೀ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 4 ಬುಧವಾರ ಸೋದೆ ರಮಾ ತ್ರಿವಿಕ್ರಮ ದೇವರ ಸಪ್ತರಾತ್ರೋತ್ಸವದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಧ್ವಜಾರೋಹಣ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ನಂತರ ಧ್ವಜಬುತ್ತಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಸಂತಾನಾಪೇಕ್ಷೆ ಉಳ್ಳವರು ಈ ಧ್ವಜಬುತ್ತಿಯ ಪ್ರಸಾದ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದರೆ ಸಂತಾನವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರತೀತಿಯಿದೆ. ರಾತ್ರಿ ರತ್ನಮಂಟಪೋತ್ಸವ ವೈಭವದಿಂದ ನಡೆಯಿತು.As a part of the rituals of Rathothsava of diety, Sri Ramatrivikrama of Sonda Kshetra, Dwajarohana was performed at Sonda. There is a myth associated with Sonda Kshetra that women aspiring for children take the opportunity of receiving Prasadam of one special and auspicious ritual of the festival which is called Dwajabhuthi on this occasion. Today also, such aspirants took this holy opportunity. At night, Ratna mantapothsava was performed with all the glory.
